Can I use the finished site on my server?
Yes, most of our templates are integrated into Word Press. As long as we can install WP on your your server/host there shouldn’t be a problem.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds depend on where we are in the development of your website. As we require 50% of the full payment up front before starting the project, it would be a percentage held back for our time and work performed to the point of the refund request.
Will all the files be available to me?
Yes, all files including any stock photo’s purchased on your behalf will be made available to you from a secured login on our home file serving website for a limited time. It’s important that you download your files and keep them in a safe place.
Can I change my theme later on?
Yes, you can but we may have a cost associated to retro fit the design into you current website.
Can I use your themes with WP.com?
Unfortunately WordPress.com does not allow the use of custom themes. If you would like to use a custom theme of any kind, you will need to purchase your own hosting account and install the free software from WordPress.org. If you are looking for great WordPress hosting, we recommend us! We have a hosting package built for WP. (Who else would we have said?)
Do you provide any training?
Absolutely, we don’t keep our clients in the dark. We will show you how easy it is to update your own website. Don’t forget By The Byte has been in business since 2007 and have no plans on going anywhere any time soon.
